Quality management system

The guiding principles behind our corporate practices and our quality management system are the satisfaction of customer needs and the respect and protection of the environment. In addition to being a means for gaining a competitive edge, our focus on quality improves efficiency, enhances sales and production performance, and leads to the creation of effective processes and coherent, organized procedures.

The quality control system at the Europolimeri plant in Italy is UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 certified. Specifically, the quality management process involves the following:

• Documented management of contact and dealings with customers;
• Continuous monitoring of the performance of suppliers;
• Checking the documentation and physical properties of the raw materials received;
• Designing and implementing production plants and monitoring production processes;
• Chemical-physical control of the production process;
• Quality control on the final product;
• Verifying the adequacy of the packaging;
• Checking the labeling and the technical documentation provided to the customer.

The employment of both a single, integrated management system along with a certified quality management system enables the Company to arrange, systematically manage and organize all corporate processes since it provides a comprehensive view of these processes and step-by-step control.

In addition, thanks to the Company's in-house research laboratories and fully integrated production cycle, 3F Chimica is able to offer customized formulations that conform to national and international quality standards (including XXXVI Verordnung, FDA, Kosher and Nordic Swan).
