We therefore invest in the potential of younger generations and encourage these enthusiastic workers to contribute their positive input to the Company.

3F Chimica sustainability projects:

• School-Company collaboration - well before it was required by law, the Company developed collaborations with technical schools and institutes to establish links between the education world and the business world. A three-year training program was developed for this purpose. It gives groups of students the opportunity to participate in production and process activities and chemistry laboratory work, applying their academic knowledge in the field.
• Training - Each year, the Company hosts groups of students from technical schools and universities, showing them how production systems function and how theory is applied in practice.
• Events - Each year, the group holds a "Bring Your Family to Work" day so that the employees' families, particularly their children, can see where they work and what they do when they are away from home.
• Worker Health Care - 3F Chimica supports and encourages joining the Faschim Fund, a supplementary health care fund that covers a portion of the health care costs of workers and their nuclear families.
