Data Privacy. Notice to customers and suppliers (Legislative Decree No. 196/2003)
Personal and tax information collected directly and/or through third parties by 3F Chimica SpA - Via Galvani 40 - 36066 Sandrigo (VI) is processed on paper as well as by information and communications technology, for contractual or law-compliance reasons, and also to better manage customer relations, protect credit and improve the management of the Company's rights pertaining to each customer relationship.
3F Chimica SpA advises that the above data may also be disclosed to the following subsidiaries:

Rights of the interested party.
Concerning the processing of personal data, the interested party enjoys the following rights:
[a] to learn, by freely accessing the register provided under Section 31, paragraph 1, sub-paragraph a), about the processing of any of his/her personal data;
[b] to be notified of the contents of Section 7, paragraph 4, sub-paragraphs a), b) and h);
[c] to promptly receive from the owner or the person in charge of data processing:
1) confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him/her, even if not yet registered, and an intelligible communication of the data and their source, as well as the reasons and the purposes for the processing; the interested party may renew his/her request, except for justified reasons, no more than every ninety days;
2) the erasure, anonymization or blocking of any data processed in breach of the law, including those whose retention for the purposes for which they were collected and subsequently processed is not required;
3) the updating, correction or, if desired, completion of the data;
4) proof that the activities under 2) and 3) and their contents were notified to the parties to which the data were disclosed or disseminated, except in cases where it may prove impossible or involve efforts that are patently disproportionate with the protected person's rights;
[d] to object in whole or in part, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of one's personal data, even when they are relevant to the purpose for which they were collected;
[e] to object in whole on in part, to the processing of one's personal data for commercial purposes or to send advertising or direct sales materials, or to conduct market surveys or engage in interactive commercial communications, and to be notified by the owner, no later than when said data are disclosed or disseminated, that he/she may exercise his/her rights free of charge.
For each request under paragraph 1, sub-paragraph [c], No. 1), the interested party may be asked, where the existence of data concerning him/her is not confirmed, for reimbursement of expenses, not exceeding the actual costs incurred, in accordance with the procedure and within the limits of the regulations set forth in Section 33, paragraph 3. The rights under paragraph 1) concerning the personal data of deceased individuals may be exercised by any interested party. In exercising the rights under paragraph 1), the interested party may issue written power or attorney or authorization to either individuals or associations, without prejudice to the confidentiality rules of those exercising the profession of journalists, solely with respect to the source of the information.
