Company History

1984: 3F Chimica s.a.s. was founded in Sandrigo (VI)

1989: began selling chemical products for wastewater treatment

1992: 3F Chimica s.a.s. initiated in-house production of defoamers

Mid-90s: 3F Chimica s.a.s. began selling products throughout Europe, particularly Germany

1996: 3F Chimica s.a.s. became 3F Chimica S.r.l.

1998: 3F Chimica S.r.l. began manufacturing polymers in emulsion form

1998: the German branch of the Company, 3F Chimica Deutschland GmbH, was founded

1998: Europolimeri S.p.A. was founded and development of plans for the new production plant began

2003: Europolimeri S.p.A. started manufacturing polymers and monomers

2004: the American branch of the Company, US Polymers, Inc., was founded in the United States

2005: 3F Chimica S.r.l. became 3F Chimica S.p.A.

2005: Europolimeri S.p.A. obtained Environmental Management System Certification (ISO 14001:2004)

2007: 3F Chimica S.p.A. acquired new production plants in America - US Polymers, Inc. now has offices and plants in Charlotte, North Carolina, and Aberdeen, Mississippi.

2008: Europolimeri S.p.A. obtained Quality Management System Certification (ISO 9001:2008)

2011: 3F Chimica Americas dba. US Polymers, Inc. The legal name was officially changed to 3F Chimica Americas, Inc.
